In 1979 I opened my first Commercial Truck Insurance Agency in Minneapolis, MN. This was a branch office of a larger Insurance Agency based out of Omaha, NE. In 1990 I transferred to Colorado to run the Colorado office. I opened High Country Truck Insurance Agency in 1992 near Morrison, CO. Offering Professional service with a personal touch has always been my objective and has allowed the business to successfully grow.
I started working for High Country right out of college, in 1999. I have over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry focused on Transportation. I enjoy working with our clients, building solid relationships with each insured, and finding the correct coverage's and companies for their individual needs.
I began my Commercial Transportation career in Minneapolis, MN working with Dave. I have continued working in the insurance industry throughout the years. I started working for High Country, full time, in 1996. As the agency grew, I took over the office management and accounting responsibilities. I enjoy the day to day contact with our clients.
I started working for High Country as a part time employee in 2006, eventually working into a full time position, as the renewal coordinator. Our renewal retention is a very important part of our agency's success and I take pride in our high renewal rate. The best part of my job is working with our clients and finding the best possible coverage for their business.

I started working for High Country in June 2018. I came to High Country with a background in customer service and enjoy working with clients on a daily basis. Since joining the team I have learned a great deal about the transportation industry. As I am the first point of contact with our clients, it is important for me to build a good rapport. I started working at High Country in April 2025. Before I was working at one of the hospitals around the Denver area. Doing taxes part time with my father’s firm to gain experience. Looking for new opportunities to apply my accounting degree I was given that opportunity at High Country as an accountant. I am a Big Nuggets fan and like to travel, I've been to Thailand, Cambodia, Cancun, Tijuana, Rosarito, and around the United States. I like working on my mustang on occasion.

I started working for High Country in August 2025 as an assistant. I came from the
mortgage industry, where I served as Vice President of new branch onboarding. That
experience helped me develop strong organizational and communication skills, which I
now use in my role working on quotes and renewals. I really enjoy helping our clients and
being part of a team that supports their businesses every day.
